Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a product (such as a food list, ebook, chart, or guide) is downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
We believe this policy is fair given the immediate access provided and the inability to return digital content.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days. We will verify your order and may offer a credit or alternate solution on a case-by-case basis.
